In this recap workshop we will dive deeper into the key drivers of successful value propositions, challenge the fit between your business model and your value proposition and find out how you can clearly differentiate yourself from competitors. At the end, you will have developed an individual testing strategy to evaluate the business hypotheses of your value proposition through appropriate methods and market experiments.
