Call for Abstracts

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

Please read carefully!
The submission software for applications is primarily used for abstracts, so please note the following instructions for use:

Title = Title of the consortium/project
Content = Brief summary of the following chapters with references (chapter numbers) to important passages in the text.
Authors = Name and institution of the applicant. Important: Please do not list any other persons here. If subcontractors are to be involved, please explain this in the body text.
Type of contribution = Pilot project
Tracks = Classification into one of the subject areas of the OHP research agenda
Attachments = Please use this function to upload the following files:

  1. Project application form (signed and completed as a PDF). You can download the template here
  2. Letter of support from your research institution
  3. Financial plan
  4. Illustrations (Limit: 3)

Maximum characters
The character count in the submission form may differ slightly from that in your word processing software (e.g. Word or LibreOffice). The software counts all characters entered. When copying from other programmes, additional formatting or invisible characters may also be included and counted. If you receive an error message stating that your text is too long, shortening your text by a word or two will usually resolve the issue.
