2. Registration for participants
The registration fees include the coffee breaks, the lunch buffets, the welcome reception and the conference dinner (latter, if still available).
€ 150 postdocs, senior scientists, public health workers, etc.
The VAT ID / tax number (= value added tax identification number / sales tax identification number / VAT registration number) of your university or company is required if you are from a country within the European Union (except Germany). According to the reverse-charge regulation (German VAT law in Art. 13b UStG), the tax liability transfers to the recipient of the service. You can find it in your employer's legal notice, for example.
