Are you a scientist working on a research project and want to boost your research with an entrepreneurial perspective? And do you know that applied and innovative research projects are the focus of upcoming funding calls, which can strengthen your scientific career?
Then the #S2SC2024 is the right place for you. With a program of workshops and a keynote speech, we want to work with you to find out what potential your research has for possible innovative transfer or start-up projects. Learn in the workshops from other scientists how they have transferred their scientific findings e.g. into a start-up and what opportunities and challenges such a process entails.
You will have the opportunity to exchange ideas with other scientists and founders, REACH scouts and coaches as well as people interested in founding a company, investors, and companies.

Afterwards, the REACH THESIS AWARD will be presented to particularly outstanding and innovative bachelor, master and doctoral theses. The focus is on applied science and research that can be used as a basis for product development and innovation.
S2SC-AWARD
The S2SC Award is a pitch competition that honors science-based start-ups from the EUREGIO and offers them a unique opportunity to present their own start-up idea to a broad audience and an expert jury. The S2SC Award brings together scientists, people interested in founding a company and the start-up ecosystem. Together, the successful implementation of research in practice is promoted and science-based start-ups in the EUREGIO are supported.
