Explanations:
Your poster can always be identified with its Abstract ID.
Id = Abstract ID
Board = Poster Board Number
This year, posters will be displayed on a rolling basis, i.e.: You have to share your Poster Board. The changeover will be during the last coffee break between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Thursday (September 11).
Group 1
- Poster mounting: Wednesday (September 10)
- Poster presentation: Thursday (September 11), especially during "Lunch & Poster" (12:45 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.)
- Poster removal: Thursday (September 11), last coffee break (3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
Group 2
- Poster mounting: Thursday (September 11), last coffee break (3:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
- Poster presentation: Friday (September 12), especially during "Lunch & Poster" (12:45 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.)
- Poster removal: Friday (September 12), at the latest after the "Summary and Conference close" (5:00 p.m.)
