Registration Notes
Included:
- The meeting fee includes 19% VAT (if applicable) and covers access to tutorials, technical sessions, coffee breaks, buffet lunches, welcome cocktail, City-Tour & Gala-Dinner.
- Registration is due for all participants (both presenters and attendees only).
- Students must upload a valid proof of their student status.
- IEEE- or IES-member need to add their membership number.
Payment Early Fees:
All early registrations need to be paid for by the early deadline (22nd of March) as well.
Cancellation:
All refunds requests must be send in writing by e-mail to the Orgalution GmbH (WFCS@orgalution.de) as soon as possible.
Cancellations until 4 weeks before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fee. Later cancellations can not be refunded. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
Author Conference Registration Fee includes
Presentation and publication of manuscript/s - Attendance to Conference, Tutorials and Industry Forum - Copy of Proceedings - Coffee Breaks - Lunches on all days - Welcome Reception, City-Tour & Gala-Dinner.
IEEE WFCS 2026 conference policy requires that at least one of the authors of your paper pay the full regular registration fees to allow for the inclusion of the paper in (i) the conference program and (ii) the IEEE-Xplore.
Accepted papers need to be registered by the “EARLY Deadline”.
