Can I apply as a team?
Yes, early-stage teams are very welcome. You can apply together with your co-founder or team — but each person should submit their own application. At the same time, we encourage you to stay open: many of the best teams form during the program by combining complementary skills. Working with new people often leads to stronger ideas and better outcomes.
Can I bring my own idea?
Yes, you can bring an idea. However, it should still be early-stage, and you should be open to refining it or even pivoting if a better opportunity emerges. Headventures is about finding the strongest problem-solution fit — not sticking to a fixed idea.
Do I need an idea to apply?
No. In fact, most participants start without one. We help you identify promising opportunities and connect you with the right people to build with.
How much time do I need to invest?
You should plan around 10–15 hours per week. The program is designed to run alongside your studies or job, with workshops and events in the evenings. In addition, you will work flexibly with your team on your idea.
Does it cost anything to participate?
No. The program has a value of around €3,000 per participant, fully funded by our partner companies. For you, participation is completely free.
What kind of startups do you focus on?
We focus on B2B tech startups — technology-driven solutions for business customers. This includes areas like SaaS, AI, automation, IoT and hardware. The common goal is to build solutions that create real value for companies.
How does the co-founder matching work?
We match participants based on their skills, experience and interests to form complementary teams. The goal is to bring together people who challenge and support each other. You will also get the chance to meet and connect with others during the program before final teams are formed.
