Cancellation policy:
All refunds requests must be send in writing by e-mail to the organizing team (spp2330@fz-juelich.de) as soon as possible.
Cancellations until 4 weeks before the event will be refunded 80% of the registration fee. Later cancellations can not be refunded. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.
