Submission deadline
All correspondance regarding this submission will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to communicate these information to any additional authors.
All abstracts received by August 31, 2019 (Extended Deadline) will be included in the review process. Once the review process is completed, you will receive an email confirming if your abstract has been accepted for poster or oral presentation. All accepted abstracts will be published in a separate book of abstracts. Should you wish your abstract not to be published, please notify Ms. Hentrey in writing (hentrey@ukmuenster.de) at the time of abstract submission.
Please note acceptance of an abstract does not automatically imply commitment to financial support for the presenter. Limited financial support is available only for invited speakers.
Oral presentation:
A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentations.
Time limits for presentations:
Invited Talks: 15 min + 5 min discussion, Short Talks selected from the abstracts: 7 min + 3 min, Poster Slam Lightning Talks: 3 min + 0 min.
Poster presentation:
The posters should have A0 size in portrait format (poster display dimension 95 cm wide x 120 cm high).
