We take pictures!
Professional photos will be taken during the event, but please keep in mind that not every part of the program will be captured. We assume that the persons participating or otherwise involved in the event consent to the creation and publication of the pictures for the PR purposes of the organizers and the photographer. Additionally, selected photos will be shared via a link with actual participants following the event. Please always include the copyright notice when sharing these photos.
In the case of pictures in which the focus is on individual persons, those concerned have the option at any time to inform the photographer that they do not want to be photographed. If this is not possible, we will delete the pictures afterwards if notified accordingly.

Take your own pictures and share them!
