General information:
• max. 1500 characters including spaces / text formatting
• only one abstract per person – either for a talk, a poster, or "both options possible"
The scientific committee of the symposium will evaluate the abstracts afterwards. You will be notified by email in due course as to whether your abstract has been accepted and in what format you may present it. Please be aware that space for oral presentations is limited and that the preliminary program is subject to minor changes without prior announcement. A designated poster viewing will take place during the sessions marked in the program.
• the submitter must be registered (registration ID) and also be the presenter of the submitted abstract
• Junior Scientists (doctoral student or postdoc < 4 years post-graduation) submitting an abstract for poster presentation declare their willingness to participate in the Poster Slam. For the Slam, a 1-minute pre-recorded video must be submitted (the submission deadline and specific requirements will be announced separately via email).

All accepted abstracts will be published in our Book of Abstracts – unless you object to this at the time of submission (please notify Ms. Inga Regling in writing: OHS@orgalution.de).
